B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) with 1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
S - flat bread buttered toast
L - protein shake (30g) and a salad
S - popcorn
D - chicken, asparagus, mushroom and bamboo shoots stir fry
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done  
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
none

Exercites: walk outside, the weather is wonderful

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Getting my labs done on Friday. Yes, I am excited about someone stabbing my arm. Want so see if my newest vitamin mix is helping the bone loss.

1 Mini Snickers & Milky Way

Good luck with your labs. Know that PTH may take some time to catch up to the goodness you've been doing vitamin wise. I don't know why but PTH lags behind a bit.
