Happy Monday, lol invaded by cookies and donut holes, Gina I love you lol, it happened at work, but I am guilty for taking them there,
Hubby is back home so pretty happy to have someone to snuggle with
And youngest son is back home for a week - ended up with some kind of infection in his stomach, has a hole where stuff came out and he can hardly move, so miss nurse mom - is happening at my house, I must be honest and say thank goodness I get to go to work or I would have to kill him lol.

It was a higher carb day for me as well. Someone brought soft molasses cookies and homemade caramels and oh are they good! Also had a visit with the Dr. - I always feel like theres a good news/bad news when I get my blood work. Good news - Iron is GREAT, Bad news - I'm likely hypoglycemic - my non fasting blood glucose was 56, oh and i've had a cold which won't go away.
BITES:
B - Premier protein, two coffees with half and half
B2 - 2 eggs with parmesan cheese & 1 caramel
S - Cheese stick & dry roasted edamame
L - Leftover skillet which consisted of chicken, beef, and italian sausage in tomato sauce with some garlic and parmesan cheese
S - 3 molasses cookies & 10 m&m's (1/2 serving)
S - 3 TBL creamy peanut butter & 1/4 c pecans
D - Shredded rotisserie chicken with basil pesto garlic white wine sauce, plus 1/2 small zucchini & 1/2 small yellow squash roasted with parmesan cheese
S - about 5 cups air popped popcorn with about 3 TBL butter
S - 3 caramels
