2nd B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - white chicken chili
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done 

EXERCITES:
none

Happy Sunday, feels good to have a day off and waiting for hubby to get home, he has been out of town all weekend.

Bites:
2 protein shakes

yogurt and berries

hotdog and bun

cheezies not a lot

lots of cookies

1-2 donut holes

nuts

chili cheese dog, lol - I have had my fill of hotdogs, thank goodness

Vites: all in

Exercites: 1/2 hour

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
