Hope everyone had a good Wednesday. Mine was alright. Didn't have my batch of evening carbs the night before so I paid for it today. Whoops - guess I need that popcorn ;)
BITES:
B - Premier protein, coffee with half&half and 3 chocolate covered coffee beans
S - 1 serving Kirkland extra fancy salted mixed nuts
S - Pork Rinds
S - 2 Pumpkin spice hershey kisses
L - Two pieces fried cod with breading removed and 3 large kettle chips (wasn't the smartest lunch choice as it wasn't very filling but I wanted a change from my typical burger when I go out)
S - Another serving of Kirkland extra fancy salted mixed nuts
S - 1TBL Adam's no-stir peanut butter
L2 - Atkins Beef Merlot frozen lunch - Decided since lunch wasn't the most filling and I could use more protein might as well
S - Carbmaster blackberry yogurt
D - Grilled Chicken Breast with grilled zucchini and a few brussel sprouts all liberally covered in cheese
S - About 5 cups of air popped popcorn with 3TBL salted butter
Per myfitnesspal I did alright: 2,116 calories; 136g protein; 132g fat; 92 carbs - 20g fiber - 23g sugar

EXERCITES: I walked quite a bit today 9,542 steps or about 4.33 miles
