I've had an upset stomach all day and not really sure what is causing it, since I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary. All a day in the life.
BITES:
B - Premier Protein and coffee with half 'n half
B2 - Leftover turkey/bacon omelet from day before
S - 1/4 c pecan halves, Zipfizz
S - Another coffee with half 'n half, Pork Rinds, 1/3 c dry roasted edamame
L - leftover chicken chili with cheese
S - carbmaster yogurt
S - string cheese
D - BBQ Pork (made in the crock pot with low sugar BBQ sauce) and 1/2 a winter squash
S - Air popped popcorn with 2TBL Butter

EXERCITES: none - signing on our house tonight!
