Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
L - protein shake (30g)
S - Cheetos and flatbread buttered toast
D - chicken stir fry w/a little rice
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - trail mix
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
a little walking

I've had an upset stomach all day and not really sure what is causing it, since I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary. All a day in the life.

BITES:

B - Premier Protein and coffee with half 'n half

B2 - Leftover turkey/bacon omelet from day before

S - 1/4 c pecan halves, Zipfizz

S - Another coffee with half 'n half, Pork Rinds, 1/3 c dry roasted edamame

L - leftover chicken chili with cheese

S - carbmaster yogurt

S - string cheese

D - BBQ Pork (made in the crock pot with low sugar BBQ sauce) and 1/2 a winter squash

S - Air popped popcorn with 2TBL Butter

VITES: All in

EXERCITES: none - signing on our house tonight!

Sometimes if I go over the mysterious fat threshold my system will get even with me.  I hope you feel better today.

So tired, can't hold my eyes open any longer. posting this and going to bed.

Monday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
Cheese stick
Turkey bacon
Decaf protein coffee
Leftover buffalo chicken
Few chips
2 Hershey's kisses
Crock pot roast
Mashed potatoes
Peas
1/2 donut w/ very small scoop of ice cream
Decaf protein coffee
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
