It helps for me to plan ahead. If I'm working and staying with a routine, it's definitely easier. I come back and edit that evening or the next morning.

Had a good day today. It was a nice relaxing day and I stuck to my diet!

B - Premier Protein and Coffee with Half 'n Half
B2 - Portion of a turkey bacon avocado omelet
S - 2 pieces of bacon
L - Homemade chicken chili with cheese
S - Hot 'n Spicy Pork Rinds, 1 dark chocolate covered pretzel, 10 M&M's eaten over the course of the day
S - Carbmaster yogurt
D - Leftover Teriyaki Chicke/Beef/Pork with no sauce, boston lettuce with poppyseed dressing, and 1 gyoza
S - 1/4 cup pecan halves
