D - McD's fish sandwich and a few fries

Happy Saturday, busy again running around for my middle son, so this is really exhausting, it has got to stop, I am done.

Cable guy didn't make it to hook up a PVR for me, so that sucked, but maybe I don't really need one

Bites:

hamburger and a few fries - restaurant - traveling with son

chili cheese dog on a w/w bun, homemade

Too many carbs. I was too close to the kitchen most of the day.

Saturday bites:
Decaf protein coffee
1/2 fried egg - bacon - cheese sandwich
Decaf protein coffee
1/2 well buttered roll
2 caramel pecan chocolates
Leftover cream cheese chicken
Too many chips
Buffalo chicken
Cheese & bacon fries
Cookie
Decaf protein coffee
Handful of sesame sticks
2 chocolate covered dried cherries

Was a fairly good day after all. I was worried after I had desert that I had blown my whole day, but was pleasantly surprised to see I didn't. 

BITES:

B - Premier Protein + 2 pieces bacon

S - Coffee with half&half and sugar free syrup + 2 chocolate covered coffee beans

B2 - Egg McMuffin without the english muffin

S - Coffee with half&half and sugar free syrup

L - 1/2 Mushroom Swiss Burger from Red Robin without the bun, 3 Steak Fries with Ranch

S - 1 piece bacon

D - Teriyaki Chicken/Beef/Pork without sauce, 1/2 a gyoza, 1 tempura prawn, 1.5 pieces vegetable tempura, Miso Soup, Iceberg lettuce with poppyseed dressing

S - Homemade Pumpkin Pudding (2 servings) with half a container of cool whip (Yes, 1/2 the whole container) - But it's gone and out of the house now

S - 2.5 cups Air popped popcorn with 2TBL butter

Myfitnesspall Stats: 1,969 calories, 111g protein, 121g fat, 114g carbs - 14 fiber - 46 sugar

I was surprised to see my sugar wasn't as bad as I thought, I mean I expected it higher after eating the cool whip :)

EXERCITES: Nada, Spent a big chunk of the day in the car
