Another day and I feel I stayed on track. I feel so much better overall sticking to my "diet". I had the day off so eating was slightly different than on a work day.
DS Maintenance mode (1.5 yrs out) - and I'm definitely a "grazer", or I've become one since surgery
Bites:
B - Premier Protein + Coffee with half and had (about 1/2 cup total over the day) with sugar free syrup
S - 2 eggs with powdered Parmesan cheese (not my fav but using it up before the move)
S - String Cheese
S - ZipFizz, 5 M&M's (not eaten at once rather over the day)
L - 1/2 can tuna with a liberal amount of mayo and relish
S - 8 pieces low sodium bacon (fresh hot bacon how can I say no?? And I don't normally do low sodium)
S - Strawberry Carbmaster yogurt and 1/4 cup pecams
S - 1/2 ghirradelli chocolate (Costco sample) plus a small nibble of a cookie (Proud of myself for turning the rest down)
S - Pork Rinds (my new go-to crunchy snack)
D - Homemade Chicken Chili with 1/3 cup shredded cheese
S - Homemade low carb pumpkin pudding (tastes like pumpkin pie)
S - 2.5 c air popped popcorn with 2Tbl Butter
I feel good. The majority of my carbs were from the chili, and I had very little sugar.
Myfitnesspal: Calories 2,562; Protein 147g; Fat 174g; Carbs 110g - Fiber 22g - Sugar 27g
Vites: All in!
Exercites: Not a work day so less, but I took the dog for a walk 6,489 steps or 2.7 miles
Happy weekend! Car trip today (Saturday) so will do best to stay on track
