Hi Everyone, getting ready for my road trip in the morning for my tt consult, looking forward to getting things underway.
Home stuff is finally getting better, car stuff pretty much got dealt with today so that was good, rental went back, cheque was given to me and new car purchased. So only things I still have to tackle is my appt tomorrow and my middle son, I need to encourage him to head home this week.
I am going to start working on a plan to get back into exercising and eating better, but just haven't stuck to any commitments I have made with myself. So a fresh start once again is needed. The famous saying : "fake it til you make it" Next week I hope to start the on -line course, which might help my mood. It's funny a person knows what they need to do yet choose to sit and stew instead, boy how the mind works somedays.
that is my rant for today,
Bites:
protein shake
perogies, meatballs and veggies = buffet restaurant and small bowl of ice cream
cheezies
hotdogs
cookies and coffee (decaf) close to bed time
Vites: just waiting to take the last batch
Exercites: full day of running around - did do lots of walking

Got busy doing stuff as I was eating dinner. Guess I forgot to really chew the shrimp (dense proteins), next thing I know, my tummy is extremely upset. So, I just went to bed w/o my final protein coffee or Vites.
ugh..........
