Happy Thursday everyone, I can't remember where I left off this last week, so here is the update, Went and seen the dr about tummy tuck and he filled in some paperwork and took pictures, said he had seen worse, but was also hopeful. So I have to wait 4-6 weeks before they get a reply. So I will just leave that for know. I need to get my weight down, I have gained 10 lbs in the last few months and that has to stop, I didn't change my eating but I did stop exercising like I was, something had to give. I am also going to try having more shakes in a day, and see if that helps the eating habits.

My middle son, I took him home yesterday but he will be back on Friday, he will be staying with a friend and looking for a job, so I hope that works out because this small apt just doesn't have the room for a 3rd body. And the stress of his behaviour is just to much for me.

So today I am home alone and will get some stuff done here and I have a coffee date with a friend this afternoon, So looks like the makings of a nice day.

I'm always cold now so I started drinking hot tea. Have you tried that to increase your fluids?

Looks good and switching to hot tea or herbal tea is a great idea.

We are down to 1 Chinese restaurant in town that still does a great job. Others have had to cut corners with their recipes and the results just aren't very good.

Did great today cutting down my carbs and while I seem to have become more "regular" again, I am finding myself more gassy. My theory is that now there is actually room for things to move!

Bites:

B - Premier Protein and Coffee with a splash of whole milk and sugar free syrup

S - Coffee with half & half - about a 1/4 cup total over the day, One serving mixed salted nuts from Costco

S - Two eggs with spinach, mushroom, black olives, 3 pieces of bacon & zip fizz

S - Justins Peanut Butter package (1.15oz),  1/3 C roasted edamame - these took me all day to eat it as I enjoyed every minute of it

S - 10 mint M&M's, I ate them one at a time, slowly, throughout the day, but I count each one!

L - Left over teriyaki chicken/beef/pork with no added sauce (5.5 oz total eaten over about an hour) & 1 hershey kiss - candy cane

S - String Cheese, and costco vitarain mango flavor

S - Carbmaster yogurt, string cheese, and another serving of nuts

D - Roasted zucchini and yellow squash with shredded parmesan, and one serving shrimp (I put the veggie's in a bag and shake on some olive oil and fresh garlic then put them on a cookie sheet then when they are don't I toss on some cheese and broil until browned - YUM)

S - 2.5 cups airpoppoed popcorn with 2TBL butter

Per myfitnesspal my stats for the day were:

2,498 calories / 197g protein / 159g fat / 97g carbs - 26g fiber - 35g sugar

This is more what I like to see, much closer to what I consider my "ideal"

Vites: ALL IN!!

Exercites: 8.373 steps with 15 flights of stairs - YAY - I feel the soreness from the exercise over the last few days today and I LOVE IT

Overall great day. I am liking being back on track.
