Here's my day. I had been eating a lot more carbs, but they make me feel icky. So I cut back - i'd estimate I was close to a normal person amount (lol or about 300g). I also started taking magnesium, to help my digestive track and it helped cut down my chocolate cravings as well (It's took a few days to work).
I guess I am in maintenance mode. I aim for 3,000 calories a day but I usually fall short. I've started logging in myfitnesspal again to see where I can improve.
Bites:
B - Premier Protein & Morning coffee with whole milk
S - Coffees with half & half (6 cups of coffee total about 1/4 half&half) + 1 Pumpkin Spice Caramel Ghirardelli square
S - Mixed salted nuts & 1/4 cup dry roasted edamame & 1 Trader Joe's Candy Cane Sandwich Cookie
B2 - Two eggs with olives, onion, spinach, and mushrooms
L - Atkins Meatloaf with portobello mushrooms & 1 Hawaiian Host Chocolate covered macadamia
S - Carbmaster strawberry yogurt
S - 2 Hershey's kisses
S - 9 M&M's
D - Miso Soup, Teriyaki Chicken, Beef & Pork without sauce, Salad with Poppy seed dressing, 1 tempura shrimp and 2 tempura vegetables, 1 gyoza
S - Airpopped popcorn with butter
Per myfitnesspal I ate just under 2,200 calories, 125g carbs, 135g fat, and 127g protein
I'd like to get my fat and protein numbers higher while reducing my carbs further. I was proud of myself that I only had about 55g sugar total throughout the day, and that the carbs had been so low compared to what I was doing. I'm just worried now that i'll loose more weight. I need to cook up my bacon so I have that as my snacks. But, each day is new and full of opportunity.
EXERCITES: I've started walking again. My gut doctor told me that it will help "move things along". So also need to consider this when I eat. I took about 8,400 steps yesterday or just under 4 miles. Plus I ran some stairs.
VITES: All in. I get my lab work done on Friday and will see if more adjustments are necessary but so far I've been doing great, all numbers look good - well with the exception of iron which hopefully the transfusion helped.

This is a great post showing everyone how to move towards doing things in the right way or the way that will work for you.
