This was the plan but I totally blew it!

Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: 
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
walking and stretches

Sat in a meeting most of the day. "We'll have
breakfast" they said. All carby junk. Muffins, huge Danish, bagels.
So glad I thought ahead and brought my turkey bacon with me. I was a very good girl.

Tuesday bites:

Mini Snickers
McD Big Mac, 2 parts of the bun removed
Few fries
2 cookies
Decaf protein coffee

Fluids: 90 oz.
