Hi! It's been a while. Just checking in. Still needing to eat all the time to maintain my weight. I know I get enough protein, and that's pretty much all I care about these days. I eat a lot, but can't seem to put on the weight by Dr. wants (she wants me around 145 or about 10-15 lbs more than I am.
Here's my day today:
B - Premier Protein - chocolate
S - Americano with steamed breve & 1 cookie
S - 1 egg with bacon and mushrooms
S - 3 pieces thick cut bacon - cooked in the oven
L - shredded rotisserie chicken - only had about 1.5 ounces left so will make up for it
S - 3 pieces thick cut bacon - cooked in the oven
S - Handful of pecans & tea
S - about a handful of M&M's
S - Carbsmart yogurt - if you like yogurt and haven't had this you are missing out - Kroger makes them and they are YUMMY
S - probably a string cheese
D - 12 Large shrimp (1 serving) with cheese, and roasted vegetables
S - probably froyo
Vites - tracking to get them all in
Exercites - My Dr told me that unless I can replace the calories I burn exercising with food then I need to lay low. Sad because all I seem to do it eat.
Hope everyone is well. I can't wait for Thanksgiving tomorrow with all the food.

Has your doc prescribed digestive enzymes to help your body absorb more/better? I hate to see you forcing yourself to overeat, defeats the purpose if you know what I mean.
