My plan is not be really good all day. Load up on lots of protein, then enjoy thanksgiving dinner in moderation. Little servings of everything.
Meeting today at another location. too many tempting treats around I ate way too many carbs.

There should be a policy about what to provide at off-sites! More protein and fresh veggies and less carby crap!
