10 year anniversary

Good morning, Friday is here and I have internet and cable again, it was a tough week without them. I did have internet at work so that helped keep me updated on facebook. Anyway had my 10 year anniversary and found it quite depressing. I am glad it is over. I have accomplished lots of wonderful things over the years, the night before surgery I had my last smoke, and I have lost around 150 lbs but I have not won the war on my eating disorder, even after all this time I still struggle and that made me very sad. I have decided to get a refresher course on handling things with a counselor next week.  And I have made a commitment to myself about getting back into exercise. So I am going to ask for support and guidance from family and friends, to get on track. I have always taken my medication, vitamins and always start the day off with a shake, and some greek yogurt, which have been going will for me, so far. So know I need to learn how to "treat myself with respect and love". I have came a long way and the next stage to this journey is going to be amazing.

Sorry about the long rant. lol
