Happy Monday,

been feeling hungry all afternoon and now again and I just finished supper. Stress is winning this war. Tomorrow my car will go through a tow lane because someone hit me on Friday. Hope it is not totaled. And I have a counselling appt. in the afternoon tomorrow, first one to get stuff set up.  Middle son is in town and causing lots of grief, and youngest son, is being amazing at the moment.  I have tomorrow off work but then back at it, I have been doing day shifts for awhile, so the evening ones are about to start then into graves, so I just can't seem to get my schedule organized. I exercised on Sat to a dvd but I have done nothing since, I am just so darn tired.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

still nursing a sore back. Heating pad is my best friend today.
