Bowel movements??

I am 18 days post op and just started phase 3 diet Wednesday. I have not had any significant bowel movement since I left the hospital . I had a lot of diarrhea when I got home but that was from the shakes I was drinking. I've been taking miralax 2x a day. Any suggestions??
Seems unusual to me, you may want to call your doc's office and ask given it's been around 18 days since. Usually, this is a "liquids in, liquids out" phase.
