S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - fish nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: 
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

Happy Thursday, spa was wonderful, the time went to fast, but I still feel like I'm in relax mode.

Bites:

oatmeal and 1 slice of toast with 1/2 cup orange juice

burger and fries

small bag chips and a chocolate bar

ribs and pot and veggies

pie

Exercites: pool

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

I actually baked this one in the oven, chuck roast, carrots and potatoes covered with foil and a little water to make the juice. IT was delicious! Sometimes I do tri tip the same way. It find it is more moist than bbqing it and dont mind it heating the house up since it is cold.

Well, today wasn't so good. Too many leftovers in the house and not enough work to keep me busy.

L - Texas Roadhouse left overs
S - popcorn
S - peanuts
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks, 30 leaning push-ups, 30 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working
**added 30 lunges today and my legs are nice and sore
