S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - leftovers...
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: 
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

Happy Tuesday, I am off work at 2pm til Friday at 11pm Woo Hoo decided to take myself and hubby on a spa get away, so will not be on again for a couple days. Food stuff still not going well. I will see what I remember from yesterday

Bite:

frozen meal - pasta and chicken

4 cookies

chips and pop

cutlet, potatoes and corn

ice cream

4 more cookies with coffee

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
