B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - chicken stir fry
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: 
iron: 
evening batch: 
heme iron: 

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

D - grilled tilapia and brocoli (leftover from lastnight)

I followed plan with the exception of a rice crispy treat for desert after dinner. Ugh the sweet tooth!. But still not a bad day overall! The evening is my downfall.
