Two weeks post op
Everyone's experience is a little different given all the variables. I was a lightweight at 38.6 BMI and my loses the first 3 months were around 22 pounds a month. After the first 3 months I settled at 12 to 8 pounds a month. As I approached goal is was more like a pound a month. Try not to track every week but every month. Sure, you can weigh every morning, just don't let the number affect your mood or get in the way of following your plan. Your DS will do the heavy lifting this year, hang on tight it's a hell of a ride.
