B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - pork chops
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches:
iron:
evening batch:
heme iron:

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

Happy Wed, I got a surprise day off, so I am happy.

Yesterday was a rough eating day, I will put it in but it is ugly, I was frustrated and alone before I had my afternoon shift, I just couldn't seem to settle myself down. I would eat then go lay down then get up and snack and lay down, read a bit, write a bit but not a good day.

Bites:
2 big bowls of frosted flakes cereal

sausage

chips

chocolate bar

sausage

protein shake

more chips

gummy candy

nuts

yogurt and bagel with jam

chocolate milk shake

Vites: all in

Exercites: none

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

L - greek yogurt and cheese stick

S - protein bar

S - sunflower seeds (at practice)

D - Chipotle (black beans, pinto beans, chicken, cheese and salsa) few chips no rice

I also had two bite size candy bars....ugh the sweet tooth!
