Feels like your insides pulling a bit? If it's that it's likely healing on the inside. If the pain you're having is a real concern don't be shy about calling the doc and asking questions.

I think that is normal. At 2 weeks from a virgin lap I was starting to wean myself off the pain killers but it was a good month before I could sleep on a bed and not in my recliner. It hurt easily that long when getting up and sitting down too.

I had serious surgical pain well past the two weeks of pain meds and thought that it was a problem but I just went to the surgeon for another prescription and took the meds until the pain subsidied. I think around 3 1/2 weeks I was only taking it occasionally if I tried to walk too much or had a rough night sleeping. It was normal for me and I have had some worries but nothing actually wrong. Hope that helps.
