Hi Noreen, I was just looking over your weights from were you started to where you are, and we started around the same weight, interesting lol. I never got under 200 lbs. I wanted to say I also appreciate your sharing.

really struggling with mood and eating, I think it is the weather, and I have my tummy tuck consult on the 20th and feeling really unsure about it. Long story in my mind anyway.
If you do go ahead with plastics just be really up on your iron and protein. Vitalady always said those 2 things are the hardest hit when you have plastics. *Plastics seems a weird term for a tummy tuck since you're actually removing excess skin and tightening stomach muscles.
