L - went out to a Tex/Mex place and it was awesome.
L - protein shake (30g)
S - peanuts
D - small bowl of vegetable beef soup w/Saltines
S - CarbSmart ice cream

Sorry I missed posting last night. I was out cold by 8:30. I'm such a looser anymore. LOL.

2 leftover meatballs
Too much candy - will be glad when Halloween is over.

Vey small piece of DH's birthday cake
Chocolate protein smoothie

I hear you about the Halloween candy, hubby isn't buying it until next weekend. I would definitely find it even if he hid it from me.
