morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
2 -15 minute walks, 20 leaning push-ups, 20 squats and stretches

D - spagetti and meatballs (mostly homemade sauce and turkey meatballs, very little pasta)

Looks good! If I go back to work at HQ I'll have bring out the crock pot again and relearn low carb slow cooking. {sigh}
