B - Greek yogurt
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - peanuts
D - steak and green beans
S - CasrbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
2 -15 minute walks, 20 leaning push-ups, 20 squats and stretches
standing at the computer 1/2 the day working

B - Premier protein shake

S - cashews

L - one chicken tender, Greek yogurt and cheese stick

S - None

D - South of the Border chicken casserole (chicken, cream of chicken soup, salsa and a few corn tortillas pieces layered in)

S - SF pudding

Fluids: in progress

I am trying really hard, but I have to say the sweet tooth is killing me. I find I do better if I give in to it in on occasion and in moderation works better as opposed to total denial then binging occurs. THoughts?????

I think a little is better than denying yourself and bringing on a binge. As long as you're in control, that's what counts.
