I am trying really hard, but I have to say the sweet tooth is killing me. I find I do better if I give in to it in on occasion and in moderation works better as opposed to total denial then binging occurs. THoughts?????
I think a little is better than denying yourself and bringing on a binge. As long as you're in control, that's what counts.
