Ideas for soft foods stage and water intake tips?
Hi All,
I am three weeks out and am at the mushy / soft foods stage. Can anyone share ideas on what to eat? If I see one more egg I am going to hurl it out the window lol. Also, I can't stand the flavour of any artificial sweetener, any ideas on how to make my water / protein shake more palatable?

Soft food stage I was eating cheesy refried beans, shrimp ****tail, cheese for snacks, and chili from Wendy's. One of my mainstays has been protein shakes and protein coffee...sorry. :(

The only way I truly like a protein drink is if it's coffee flavored.
For soft protein, though, I love the versitility of ricotta cheese. You can add some tomato sauce and melt cheese to taste like the gooey part of lasagna, or mix some SF pudding and a little cream and beat it to the consistency of pudding.
