S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - Greek yogurt
D - fish nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches:
iron:
evening batch:
heme iron:

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-up, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day to work

Gina, every time you post eating veggie beef soup, I think about my moms soup and how good it would taste. Thanks for the memory.
