S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - vegetable beef soup w/Saltines
D - vegetable beef soup w/Saltines
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks, 30 leaning push-up, 30 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day to work

Can't believe how quickly the sun goes down. It's dark by the time I get home from work. Don't we set the clocks back this week end?
