morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: missed
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 -15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

Been a longtime since I ate a good pork chop. How do you fix yours?

decaf protein coffee

turkey bacon

decaf protein coffee

Chinese take out: egg drop soup

beef teriyaki sticks

insides of steamed pork dumplings

jelly donut

decaf protein coffee

toppings off a frozen pepperoni pizza (forgot how bad these taste)

Vanilla protein smoothie

handful of chocolate covered almonds

vites: all in

fluids: 90 oz.

I put them in a brine for 4+ hours before cooking, otherwise, forget it. Sprinkle chops with a little GF flour, brown in a little bacon grease on both sides, reduce heat, pour cream of mushroom soup over top, cover and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes.

  • 2 syntrax shakes and 2 premier protein shakes
  • greek yogurt lite & fit with some granola
  • Discovered P3 oscar meyer packs with nuts, cubed meat, and cheese...pretty good and just my size!
  • fiber one 90 cal pumpkin bar
  • 3 mini reeses
  • chicken breast and some snapea crisps
  • SF popsicles and jello

VITES: all in except bedtime

EXERCITES: ran 3.9 miles at the park with a friend!!
