L - leftover meatloaf and corn

S - Greek yogurt
D - chef salad w/chicken

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day to work
