Hi Noreen
I was wondering about something. I noticed that you will take the toppings off pizza and the insides of dumplings (eliminate the carbs/bread) but you do allow yourself some sweets like chocolate or donuts perhaps. Is this simply a choice or do you not eat the carbs like crust due to stomach issues? Just curious. I am having a horrible time with the sweet tooth and sometimes I indulge in moderation and it seems to help rather than denying it and binging which is even worse for the weight loss and causes MAJOR stomach issues.
Since I have such a sweet tooth, my rationale is to limit, pizza crust, or dumpling wrappers to make way for a piece of candy.
Even then I have several tricks. I don't allow myself to eat and run. When I have candy it has to be an experience. No TV, no computer, no distraction. I will also cut up 1 caramel into 4 pieces and savor each little morsel. If I didn't do this I would each the entire bag.
