Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
S - leftover bunless cheese burger
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - shrimp nuggets and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - ham & cheese roll-ups

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk
standing at the computer all day working

I'll give this a try since I am kinda eating now!

BITES: (1 days post-op)
B - Soy Milk w/Protein Powder (29g total)
L - Greek Yogurt (13g)
D - Cheddar Cheese Curds (14g)

VITES:

3x Multivitamins: Done
(Per surgeon, adding calcium chewables Monday... the rest, too big for now!)

EXERCITES:
3x 15-minute walks

WATER:
Only 36oz so far... I have been sip-slacking apparently! Working on it!
