Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - a leftover BBQ rib
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - CasrbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day to work

B - Premier Protein shake

S - cashews

L - chicken, hummus and a few bites of pita bread.

S - Greek light and Fit yogurt

D - Salmon patties (salmon and a little cornmeal)

S - carbsmart ice cream, maybe a few nuts if I need to chomp on something.

Wednesday bites:

Decaf protein coffee
Real thick cut bacon
Chunk of cheddar cheese
Decaf protein coffee
Leftover ham
Leftover brisket
Mini carrots
Fritos
Handful of peanut M&Ms
To the Diner for dinner: tossed salad
Few spoonfuls of beef barley soup
Chicken parm (leftovers for lunch tomorrow)
Small piece of cake
Vanilla protein smoothie
Vites: all in
Fluids: 90 oz.
