Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
B - Greek yogurt
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g) and ham roll-ups
S - peanuts
D - chicken tenders
S - CasrbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day to work

Reading your bites makes me want peanuts so badly! I can't wait to add them to my diet.

I'm behind on water again... going to stay up late so I can make at least 40oz! OOPS!

lol Don't get too excited, I didn't add peanuts until I was close to goal and afraid of going too low.
