I keep seeing popcorn on here - I have to ask... about how much are you getting down? Pre-packaged popcorn bags or your own popper? I know for me it will be a while until I am even able to handle solid foods (let alone popcorn kernels) but seeing it on the DS 'bites' list frequently gives me hope!

I didn't eat any popcorn the first year post-op...too many carbs. Now I eat 1 snack sized bag of buttered popcorn. If I need to reduce carbs, I drop the popcorn, peanuts and sometimes even the yogurt w/blueberries.
