S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - chili and Saltines
S - popcorn
D - pork chop and green beans
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

Happy Thursday,

I have been tracking, just been to busy to get it on here.

So I will do yesterday today and today's tomorrow.

Bites:

banana

protein shake

cinnamon bun - size large - paid for it later 

sandwich- lots of stuff veggies and meat

6 inch sub sandwich - visiting

pie - visiting

Exercites: none - still trying to recover from this week of land exercise classed I tried

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Hi ladies, it has been a while. I have been real busy with work and life. I am at 170, stopped losing around my 12 month mark once I reached goal of 175. I was going to try to lose another 15 or 20 to give me some wiggle room, but got very comfortable with where I am and just kind of stopped. I pretty much eat what I want in moderation and so far so good.....not gaining but not losing. I am having some restroom issues, I think due mostly due to the carbs I have allowed back in my diet. hasnt affected the weight, but does give me tummy troubles when I indulge. Is this normal?

S - protein bar

S mixed nuts

L - greek yogurt and two cheese sticks

S - mixed nuts

D - hamburger meat with mushroom soup/gravy over a little rice

S - carb smart ice cream

Very normal. The no-gain period won't last so do what you have to do.

Hi everybody.  Well look at me getting this in on the correct day instead of the next. Will wonders never cease... :)

A very light day food wise since the day before was so mixed up. Just didn't feel very hungry.

Bites:

B - protein shake
L - yogurt and a large cheese smokie
D - double scoop protein shake, two of the smokies
S - undecided yet maybe some crackers, maybe a yogurt

Vits - all in. PCP started me back on a low dose of iron (60mg elemental) and
I'm having a tough time scheduling around my calcium doses and my synthroid
but I'll figure it ou.

Exercites:

Back on the bike for a 2 hour ride. It sure felt good. I may be becoming one of the people
I hated pre-op that feels bad if they don't exercise for a couple of days. I'm thinking that's 
a good thing.....
