Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
S - small leftover Chinese food
L - protein shake (30g)
S - too many English muffins {sigh} Lots of butter though.
S - popcorn
D - steak and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks, 20 leaning push-ups, 20 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

yogurt and strawberries

sandwich with cheese, meat, tomato, lettuce, pickle, and onion

junk food party for one.......

no supper still sick from the junk food party. 

Vites: all in

Exercites: a cardio and sculpt class at the gym  - 1 hour

Insides only of a buffalo chicken sub

1 caramel & 1 Tootsie roll mini

Slice of Swiss cheese

Handful of trail mix

Vanilla protein smoothie
