Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
S - Cheetos
L - protein shake (30g)
S - Cheetos
D - bunless hot dogs and chili w/cheese
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks, 30 leaning push-ups, 30 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

Work was a little different than the norm.  Finished up a redocoerating job at one of my properties.  Looks good. The decorator did a nice job with a tiny office.

Protein decaf coffee

Turkey bacon

Cheddar cheese

Protein decaf coffee

Insides of a ham/Swiss from the deli

More chips than I should have consumed

2 mini Snicker bites

Fried egg

3 sausage links

4 donut holes

Popcorn

4 small ginger snaps

Chocolate protein smoothie w/ almond milk

Fluids: 80 oz.

Hi everybody.  I sometimes forget how badly I can do with eating when on a tight deadline. 
I had the first pass at a big project due by yesterday evening. I got it done but my eating
Schedule and tracking was a mess. On the plus side:

Vits - all in

Bites as best I can remember:

B-none
L - cottage cheese
L2 - chopped ham slices and provolone cheese slices
S- crackers (lots) and more cheese
D - Cheese and a couple of large smokies
S - 3 oz bbq pok jerky
D2 - BK 10 pc nuggets with small onion rings
S - ritz crackers

Not totally bad choices but not nearly on the time schedule that I usually stick to.
Better today after a good nights sleep and a shower.  

Exercites - None to speak of.
