Work was a little different than the norm. Finished up a redocoerating job at one of my properties. Looks good. The decorator did a nice job with a tiny office.

Hi everybody. I sometimes forget how badly I can do with eating when on a tight deadline.
I had the first pass at a big project due by yesterday evening. I got it done but my eating
Schedule and tracking was a mess. On the plus side:
Vits - all in
Bites as best I can remember:
B-none
L - cottage cheese
L2 - chopped ham slices and provolone cheese slices
S- crackers (lots) and more cheese
D - Cheese and a couple of large smokies
S - 3 oz bbq pok jerky
D2 - BK 10 pc nuggets with small onion rings
S - ritz crackers
Not totally bad choices but not nearly on the time schedule that I usually stick to.
Better today after a good nights sleep and a shower.
Exercites - None to speak of.
