VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

One friend said DC was like a ghost town but hubby says it's going to be crazy today with closed streets and such. We'll see.
