Happy Sunday, not back on track yet but will be tomorrow, I had a birthday and still have cake lol, must eat the darn cake.

Thank you! I'll keep you posted on the dexa. Last time it was slight osteoporosis, I'm hoping the walking and push-ups have helped send the numbers in the right direction.

Hi everybody. I hope ypu all had a good Sunday.

I'm usually good with getting all my protein in and can usually do all food but changes in my schedule make me glad that I am OK with protein shakes to make up the difference.

B - slept through
L - chicken sausage w spinach and feta cheese (3 links) along with potato salad
D -  chicken sausage w spinach and feta cheese (2links) along with potato salad
S1 - Chocolate chip cookies
S2 - double scoop protein shake

Vits - all in

Exercites - 2 hour bike ride that became pretty sloe after I took a tumble. I'm OK but I can tell I'll be creaky and bruised tomorrow. Could have been worse....
I had to do the bike after eating the cookies, needed a balance somehow for not limiting the number more.
