12 Weeks Post Op - Meal Ideas?

Anyone out there around the same period of time post op?  Could you give me some ideas/examples of what you are eating for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner?  I sure would appreciate it.  Thank you!! 

I forgot to mention I have been stuck at the same weight for about two weeks.   I am a revision from VSG to DS and I weight 266.4 day of first appointment, 248 day of surgery and 215 now.

Shrimp, scallops, white fish, tuna, chicken thighs, greek yogurt, SF pudding with protein mixed in.

By 12 weeks post, I could eat anything!

I made this last week and it was so good. You could make it without the sausage too.

1 onion,sauteed in butter

1 dozen eggs

1 pint heavy whipping cream

1 pack Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage, browned

2 cups shredded cheese (whatever you like)

Salt & pepper

Spray 9x13 pan with Pam spray

Beat eggs, cream, salt & pepper 

Fill pan with half the egg mixture

Put onion and sausage in pan

Cover with half of the cheese

Pour remaining egg mixture, then cover with remaining cheese

Bake at 350 degrees until set & lightly brown

Cut into squares and enjoy!

I ate the leftovers heated and cold throughout the week and it was delicious!

Thank you, all.  I was hoping to also get examples of what you are actually eating for the meals Breakfast/ lunch and dinner - what does your plate (meal) look like.  Thank you.

I don't really eat set meals each day, I eat when I'm hungry or every 2-3 hours.  Plain, full fat Greek yogurt with a couple of splenda packets, cheese cubes, rolled up lunchmeat, tuna, seared scallops, chicken thighs, vanilla premiere protein shakes, eggs, just protein, protein, protein!!
