B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - Out to eat at the seafood place...you guys really don't want to know the details. Let's just say it involved oysters and a blueberry martini.

Hi everybody. Back again after Florida vacation and then a vacation from vacation. 

Vacation seems to have really jumpstarted me back on the losing side. That or some meds kicked in and I los****er weight. Hard to tell but I've kept it off for the 3 or 4 days post vacation.

Just me, my brother, and my nephew so lots of fish, biking, sun, sand, and water.....

B - protein shake

S - protein crunch bar
L - grilled chicken thighs
S - protein crunch bar
D - bithday party for a 1 year old
    BBQ beef, scalloped potatoes, green bean caserol, corn souffle (I think), and 
    a too big slice of birthday cake.
Portions were small for dinner. Maybe another protein shake for a snack. 
I need one a little more protein for the day. Maybe some spinach and cheese sausages.

Vits - 2 doses to go

Exercites - none - probably a night off on this one.

Sounds like your metabolism kicked in with all the exercise. What a great post vacation post!

Dunkin Donut: bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich. Threw out top part of bagel

1/2 donut (pumpkin cheesecake- yuck)

Well, it's good you got the pumpkin thing out of the way for the year. lol   We had pumpkin latte protein coffees last week; we're done.
