EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walk, 40 push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

small vent before my check in, was a tough day yesterday, my son broke up with his girlfriend by seeing her with her old boyfriend, broke his heart and mine. Boy all I can say was it was a long tough day.
Eating could have been better but emotions were high.
Bites
burger king breakfast sandwich and potatoes with an orange juice
mini chocolate bars throughout the day 6-7
1/2 bag small cheezies
1 piece of pizza
a burger and a few fries

Exercites: had planned on some but stuff came up - having a hard time getting back into a routine, life seems to be getting in the way. and I use to screw up and say Sunday I will start again and today it is like what can I fit in, I have a fresh day today, so I'm glad my attitude has changed. So here I sit Wed morning and hope to get something in today
Sorry for all the venting, my emotions are high at the moment, and just want to focus on today and pray this heavy heart will pass

My flora is off. By 4 o'clock the painful gas starts. Trying to up the probiotics and walk more. This is not fun.
