B - egg and bacon
2nd B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees /1/2&1/2 and HWC
S - peanuts
L - leftover chili and rice and a protein shake (30g)
S - 
D - Popeye's fish and buttered biscuits
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: missed
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk, 10 push-ups, 10 squats and stretches

Where did the weekend go? I did manage to carve out some time to be in my craft room.

 

2 soft boiled eggs w/ fried ham

Decaf protein coffee

1/2 jelly donut

Decaf protein coffee

Homemade nachos. Plenty of meat, cheese, sour cream, salsa, lettuce, & black olives

1/2 brownie w/ very small scoop of ice cream

Decaf protein iced coffee

Fried deli ham slices

Greek yogurt w/ cherries

vites: all in

Fluids: 100 oz.
