Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
D - fish nuggets and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: missed
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walk, 40 push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

Howdy. My newest love is Thai iced tea. I leave out the milk/condensed milk and reduced the sugar to almost nothing.  Love the flavor. It's like crack for me.

Few chips 1 onion ring - co worker ordered them. Thick and crispy. Yum!

Thai tea- there's vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, orange water, and my version, a bit of sweeter. So so yummy.
