Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
D - leftover steak and salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting  
heme iron:  pending

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walk, 40 leaning push-up, 40 squats and stretches
Standing at the computer all day working

2 slices of sausage pizza. Extra thin crust. Very small slices

1 mini Milky Way - 1"X1" size

Decaf protein iced coffee

Fried egg

Bacon

Sausage links

Brownie (maybe 2"x2") w/ 1 small spoonful of ice cream

Decaf iced protein coffee

Fluids: 90 oz.
