BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
Pre-B - protein coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 (30g)
B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - 2 small bags of popcorn
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
D - pork chops and corn
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walk, 30 leaning push-up, 30 squats and stretches
Standing at the computer all day working

3/4 of a small homemade mini pizza with a salad

bacon, tomato, cheese sandwich

banana

4 donut holes

Vites: all in

Exercites - 1/2 hour in gym in my building and 45 min aquasize and 20 min lane swim after aquasize

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Stuck in a meeting most of the day.  Bosses announced there would be no lunch brought in. Thankfully I was smart enough to pack a lunch this morning.

 Protein decaf coffee

Turkey bacon

Cheddar cheese

Protein decaf coffee

1/2 chicken/Swiss/mayo/pickle on rye

Few chips

Protein decaf iced coffee

1/2 donut

Ham

Vanilla protein smoothie

Fluids: 80 oz.
