S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - 1/2 cup peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - snack size bag popcorn
D - fish nuggets
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walk, 20 leaning push-up, 20 squats and stretches
Standing at the computer all day working
